sizzlepig Payment and Subscription Billing Policies and Terms

By subscribing to the Services and agreeing to the Terms of the site you are agreeing to these Terms of Payment and the Subscription Policies.

Storage Provider(s) Subscriptions

You can utilize our Upload function to obtain files from your hard drive. Otherwise, you will need a Dropbox, Box and/or Google Drive Subscription. Subscription to a Storage Provider is independent of sizzlepig Subscription and in no way are the Fees, Terms and Privacy linked.

Service Termination

We may terminate this Agreement, at any time, without notice to you, if we believe, in our sole judgment, that you have breached or may breach any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree that termination of this Agreement will not relieve you of any obligation to pay any accrued charges.

Fees

Fees for Your Subscription Period will be based on the start date of the Subscription Period and charged immediately to the credit card You provide.
> Recurring Monthly Plans will be charged on Your Monthly Anniversary Date.
> Recurring Annual Plans will be charged on Your Annual Anniversary Date.
> Pay As You Go will be charged on a monthly basis and Your invoice will consist of accumulated image outputs on Your Monthly Anniversary Date. Your month starts the day of credit card entry, which begins Your subscription. You will enter Your credit card through Your Account Plan page or at the point you process image outputs for the first time. Your credit card will be stored in Stripe for monthly billing.
> Image Overages for both Annual and Monthly Plans will be charged on Your Subscription Period Anniversary Date on a month to month basis. For Annual Plans you will be charged overages on a monthly basis based on your Anniversary date. To be clear, if your Annual Plan began on September 13, then you will be charged overages on the 13th of each month through the end of your Annual Plan.
> Plans that are started on the 30th or 31st of the month will be charged on the latest available day of the month. For example, if your Plan starts on December 31, in February you will be charged on February 28.

Credit Card Storage and Security

We never store or have access to your full card number or CVC. Our debit and credit card processing is handed off to Stripe, Inc (“Stripe”). Stripe has been certified to the most stringent standards, PCI Service Provider Level 1.

If you decide to store your payment information for further use then Stripe, Inc will save your full payment information for your subscription with sizzlepig.

sizzlepig will display some basic payment information within the site. This includes the type of card, last 4 digits and expiration date. This information is not stored within sizzlepig but will be requested from Stripe as required.

Automatic Renewal

Your Subscription will be automatically renewed on Your Monthly or Annual Plan Subscription/Anniversary Date. This information can be found in Your Account Profile. You are able to cancel Your Service anytime before Your Anniversary Date, but Your request must be received at least 72 hours prior to 4:00 AM GMT on Your Anniversary Date. No refunds or prorates will be given on unused portions of your current plan.

Payment Lapse

The fee schedule for each Subscription Period will be based on the start date of the Subscription Period and charged to the credit card You provide. If the credit card information You have provided is incorrect or incomplete, or sizzlepig(TM) is unable to complete a transaction due to Your error or omission, sizzlepig(TM) will attempt to contact You, via email, and inform You of the problem. If the problem is not corrected within five (5) days, it will be considered a breach of the Agreement and sizzlepig will suspend Your Services. You will still have access to your account if you want to rectify the issue at any time.

Cancellation - Monthly

All pre-paid monthly fees are non-refundable. You are paid up through and have service up until 4:00 AM GMT on Your Monthly Subscription Anniversary Date, then no longer have service and billing will cease.
> Any Image Overage Charges incurred will be billed accordingly throughout the end of the cancellation month.

Cancellation - Annual

All pre-paid annual fees are non-refundable. You are paid up through and have service up until 4:00 AM GMT on Your Annual Subscription Anniversary Date, then no longer have service and billing will cease.
> Any Image Overage Charges incurred will be billed accordingly throughout the end of the cancellation month.

Monthly Plan Downgrade

You are paid up through and will not be refunded for your current Subscription Month. On Your Monthly Subscription Anniversary Date, Your Account will be downgraded to Your selected lower plan and charged immediately at the new plan price - in accordance with start of month subscription billing.
> Any Image Overage Charges from the previous months subscription will be charged as well.

Annual Plan Downgrade

You are not permitted to downgrade from a higher Annual Plan to a lower Annual Plan during Your current Annual Subscription Period. You can request to downgrade Your current Annual Plan prior to Your Annual Anniversary Date, but the requested downgrade will not take effect until Your current Annual Plan Subscription Period is complete, on Your Annual Anniversary Date at 4:00 AM GMT.
> Any image overages will be billed monthly throughout your Annual Subscription Period.

Changing Billing from Annual to Monthly

You are not permitted to change your billing cycle from Annual to Monthly billing during your Annual Subscription Period.

Monthly Plan Upgrade

Upon request to upgrade Your current Monthly Plan, You will be upgraded to Your newly selected plan immediately and Your Monthly Anniversary Date will reset to the request date. You will be immediately:

Regular Monthly Subscription Billing will commence on Your new Monthly Anniversary Date.

For example:
1) You subscribe to the Basic Monthly Plan at $10 per month on May 1 and are billed immediately.

2) On May 15, you request and are upgraded to the Pro Monthly Plan at $30 per month.

Annual Plan Upgrade

Upon request to upgrade Your current Annual Plan, You will be upgraded to Your newly selected plan immediately and Your Annual Anniversary Date will be reset to the request date. You will be immediately:

You will not be charged any monthly Image Overages that were incurred on Your previous Annual Plan prior to plan upgrade. Any monthly Image Overages incurred on Your upgraded Annual Plan will apply. See our "Fees" section for Annual Image Overage details.

Regular Annual Subscription Billing will commence on Your new Annual Anniversary Date.

For example:
1) You subscribe to the Basic Yearly Plan at $110 per year on May 1 (Your Annual Anniversary Date) and are billed immediately.

2) On December 1, you request and are upgraded to the Pro Yearly Plan at $330 per year.

3) On December 1 you will be: 4) On December 1, your Annual Anniversary Date, regular billing will commence and you will be billed $330 for your existing subscription to the Pro Yearly Plan.

Changing Billing From Monthly to Annual

You will be immediately upgraded to an Annual Billing Cycle on Your current Monthly Plan. Your Subscription Anniversary Date will be reset to the request date and You will be immediately billed the Annual Plan Price, less the prorated amount of days remaining on your Monthly Plan prior to upgrade to Annual Billing.
